Basic and Transitional Studies helps you with reading, writing, math and communication skills to start college and a career.
Adult Basic Education (ABE)
Adult Basic Education helps you with reading, writing and math if you want to start technical training or advance in your job.
English as a Second Language (ESL)
English as a Second Language (ESL) classes can help with your communication skills if English is not your first language.
General Educational Development (GED®)
The GED® certificate shows you have an education similar to a high school diploma. We can help prepare you for the GED®, which will test your language arts, math, reasoning, science and social studies skills.
High School 21+
High School 21+ program will use your work or life experience to help you earn a Washington State diploma.
The Learning Center Seattle
Learning Center Seattle is located at Seattle Vocational Institute in room 310. The Learning Center helps 16 to 21 year olds earn a GED®, go on to college or technical training program at any of the Seattle Colleges tuition-free up to an AA Degree, a technical training program and/or start a career.
